Is this a preorder?
No. The shop is not open yet, so this is only a waitlist signup. You won’t be charged. We’ll email you once at launch with your 10% code; you can decide then whether to order.
How do I choose a size?
Use the weight finder as a guide, then check your pet’s chest and back against the size table. The weight ranges overlap. If you’re unsure, join without a size and ask us when the shop opens.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Once an order ships, delivery takes an estimated 8–15 business days, with tracking from the day it leaves.
What if it doesn’t fit?
You have 14 days from delivery. Tell us your pet’s weight and chest and we’ll help you swap sizes or refund you. If it arrives damaged, send a photo and we’ll replace it.
Can I take it on a plane?
Airline cabin rules for pets vary. This backpack isn’t certified by any airline, so check with yours before you fly.
What do you do with my email?
We use your email, and the pet name, size and colour you chose, only to tell you when the shop opens and to send your 10% code. Signups are stored by Shopify, our store platform. We don’t sell or share them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to it to have your details deleted.
